Malaria No More! Netherlands' management consists of two people who ensure the charity achieves its goals. These two people are assisted by the allocation committee and the expert group, and coordinate activities on the ground with implementation partners, sponsor partners, network partners and volunteers.

Arjan Erkel works with the charity as an ambassador. Arjan Erkel is also managing the Euromast project that is taking place in the run-up to World Malaria Day 2011.
The advisory board advises the management board and management and puts its network at the disposal of the charity.

Malaria No More! has created an independent allocation committee (AC) to help the board decide which project proposals it should fund. The AC bases its advice on the guidelines and selection criteria that Malaria No More! has drawn up based on the recommendations of a group of malaria experts, the so-called expert group (EG). The EG also assists the board during its decision-making process and can give advice on malaria-specific issues.
