White & Light, Round Table 154 Rhoon’s annual party, raises € 5,154

Round Table 154 Rhoon held its annual party on Saturday, 26 March. The year's theme was White & Light and almost all of the 260 guests arrived at Abel grand café restaurant in Poortugaal/Rhoon dressed in white. The white made the party cheerful and summery.

Live music was played by Ger Vos and his jazz band and there was a DJ. Those who weren't swinging on the dance floor were having fun in the casino, and those who preferred to indulge in culinary delicacies were enjoying a drink at the Martini and cocktail bar or a bite at the sushi bar.

The proceeds from the evening's tickets, sponsoring activities, and food and beverage consumption went to Malaria No More! Netherlands. Exiting chairman of the round table, Dave de Held, presented Diederik Slot, director of Malaria No More, with a cheque worth € 5,154. It was no coincidence that the amount ended with € 154.
