Kill Buzzy on World Malaria Day and help spread the malaria eradication virus
Friday 25 April is World Malaria Day. This year is all about fighting malaria and raising awareness. Malaria is a disease that kills millions of people each year despite the fact that it is easy to prevent.
We are working hard to spread the word, but we need your help:
Take part in our Buzzy Die action and spread the malaria eradicati
on virus:
- Watch the Buzzy Die video and click on Share on YouTube to share it with all your friends by email (embedded or as an attachment), on Facebook or on Hyves. Good luck!
- Make your own Buzzy Die video and win a prize! Make your video, go to Muggen zijn kut! on Hyves, register if you're not already a member and post your video. The best submissions will win a prize.
Use social media on 25 April by posting a text:
- Draw attention to malaria on Twitter by tweeting: 'Today is World Malaria Day. Stop #malaria, spread the word! http://tinyurl.com/3egomp2 Pls RT'
- Post a message as status update on your Facebook profile.
Come to Madurodam: 
- On World Malaria Day, the Euromast in Madurodam will be draped in a mosquito net to draw attention to malaria. This is a 'dry run' for the big event on 7 June when the real Euromast in Rotterdam will be draped with the world's biggest mosquito net.
- Take a picture of yourself in front of the Euromast in Madurodam and tweet it using hashtag #euromast.
- Email the picture to office@malarianomore.nl and we will place it on our website.
