Sponsor campaigns

Our sponsors' creativity and generosity are a real inspiration. People of all ages came up with very varied ideas that all make a difference to the fight against malaria.

If you would like to help, contact us and we will send you tips and material that will help you make your sponsor campaign a success. You can run a campaign at your company, in your neighbourhood, among friends, your church community or at your sports club. The campaign can consist of anything you want it to consist of: like inviting friends over for a fancy dinner and sending the proceeds to Malaria No More! Or you can organize an auction for a good cause. Getting friends involved makes it all the more fun. Every little bit helps, especially when the bits can help prevent mosquito bites.

Children are also very good fundraisers. They can come up with the most creative ideas, for example, drawing pictures and selling them, setting up a lemonade stand at the flea market or baking muffins and selling them for a good cause.

You can promote your campaign on www.geefsamen.nl and even receive online donations. You can even start your campaign now by going to this page on GeefSamen's website.

You can also promote your campaign on Malaria No More!'s website and inspire others.

Crafting for a good cause
At the end of November 2008, Berend Keehnen from Vreeland decided to start a craft club with his friend Jelle de Vries with the goal of collecting for Malaria No More! Netherlands. He and other kids painted glasses to be used as Christmas lights and they made birthday calendars for Malaria No More. The parents' contributions amounted to €70, which Malaria No More! used to buy 7 mosquito nets that will enable 21 children to sleep safely and soundly for 5 years. A campaign like this provides kids with an afternoon of creative fun, parents with gorgeous Christmas lights or a birthday calendar, and children in Africa with life-saving mosquito nets. It also gets the kids and their parents thinking about malaria and what they can do about it.
