How can you help?
There are a number of ways you can contribute to a malaria-free world. Malaria can actually be prevented and cured. For example, sleeping under a mosquito net protects people from mosquito bites and hence from contracting malaria. €10 is enough to buy one mosquito net. And an insecticide-treated mosquito net can protect three children for five years. Help us by making a one-time donation or by becoming a regular donor. Every donation is welcome. Below you will find an explanation of all of the ways you can donate to Malaria No More! Netherlands:
Bank transfer
If you have a bank account in the Netherlands, you can transfer the sum you wish to donate to account 56.10.25.312 in the name of Malaria No More at Loenen aan de Vecht.

Regular donations
The best way to support Malaria No More! is by setting up a standing order and making a regular donation. This means that a specific amount of money is automatically transferred from your account to our account at a specific point in time. If you have a bank account in the Netherlands, you can authorize us to periodically debit a specific amount from your account, a so-called direct debit. But the easiest and most cost-effective way of donating is for you to set up a standing order.

What is your donation worth?
With a general donation of €10, you enable Malaria No More! to buy a mosquito net, hang it up where it's needed and educate the local population. Education is crucial because humans are part of the cycle in which the parasite is transferred. You see, mosquitoes infect humans, and infected humans infect mosquitoes. This is why the local population have to understand that they can and must prevent malaria by, for example, sleeping under an impregnated mosquito net. It is also important that people understand that malaria can be cured if an infected person is treated on time with the right medicine, so-called ACT (Artemisinin Combined Therapy).
Three children can sleep under one mosquito net. This means that two or three mosquito nets for no more than 20 or 30 euros are enough for a whole family to have a healthy night's sleep.
